Please note that we take time VERY SERIOUSLY!
Your appointment time is the time the clock starts for your service to begin, so please arrive early enough to allow for parking, check in, use of restroom etc., and even a cup of coffee, tea, water, or spa snack.
Arriving late is a way of saying your own time is more valuable than the person who waited for you. ~Karen Joy Fowler
We allow 7 minutes before your appointment is subject to cancellation; even if we accept you late all treatments may not be accommodated, and to respect the time of your service provider you will still be required to pay for them, and your treatment/service will end on schedule even if you are late.
If you need to contact us for any reason regarding your scheduled appointment, calling and speaking directly with us is the ONLY way to do that as we may not see emails or social media messages in time.
