Arriving early is essential to getting the most out of your session: allow time for parking and using the restroom if necessary, and simply settling into to the relaxation process before your service treatment begins.
You are allotted 7 minutes to be late before your appointment is subject to being canceled, this means we may still take you up to 7 minutes late, but your appointment will STILL END at the scheduled time, and will not be extended due to your late arrival, and you will still be charged the full price of service(s).
